*Managing incoming requests for migrations, new connections and changes to existing broadband services
Ordering and monitoring the progress of broadband orders using the online ordering systems
*Programming new routers for End Users
*Liaise with Customer IT support to ensure successful service installation as required
*Report broadband faults for early life failure type issues
*Answer and log incoming calls from customers seeking technical support in a professional and timely manner
*Updating in-house database with relevant information to ensure that all information relating to broadband set up and installation is correct
*Carrying out general administrative duties including scanning, copying, filing etc.
